Start Logic is a reputable web hosting company that has been around for many years. Like their counterparts, Start Logic delivers great speed and is fairly reliable with uptime.
Another great thing about Start Logic is that they offer a 30 day guarantee. If you don’t like their web hosting service or aren’t satisfied with their cPanel experience (the cPanel is where you login to manage your domain, web hosting, WordPress, and other things related to your hosting plan), then you can cancel and get your money back. In effect, you have a 30 day trial to see if Start Logic is the right fit for your business.
One of the business mantras from Start Logic is that they have real people offering real service. It’s not a one or two man shop hiding behind a computer. It’s a real team of people dedicated to offering real service to business and people looking for a solid web hosting solution.
Start Logic has multiple data centers in the Boston, MA area. From our understanding, each data center is secured with top of the line technology and has 24 hours, 7 days a week security.
Their solid, secured network infrastructure is built from a pooled server environment which gives virtually any server on their network the ability to access Web site files when a request occurs. Therefore, the first available machine will be used to serve a web page request which allows their customer’s sites to load faster. This also means fewer service interruptions than traditional web hosting infrastructures.
We haven’t heard many complaints about Start Logic though one of the issues some patrons have with them is that their technical support team isn’t as user friendly as other companies. To be more specific, it sounds like their tech support team needs to tone down their technical jargon speak and speak in normal, easy to understand non-tech speak. Customers have said that people on the tech support team automatically assume you know FTP, scripts, and other technical jargon related to web hosting/servers.
